There is a cut-off time two hours prior to this (10:00 PM UTC), after which new withdrawal requests will be queued for the following cycle. This timing structure is a security measure designed to prevent front-running and to protect against the risks of overleveraged rebalancing within our system. There is a 12-hour window during which withdrawals can be entered, beginning two hours after the previous processing window closes. Meaning the unlock is 2 hours sooner each epoch.
