U.S. citizens claiming fear of Trump would need to prove a well-founded fear of persecution based on protected grounds—not policy disagreement—and success rates are extremely low. Even successful asylum claimants get temporary basic coverage through the Interim Federal Health Program (urgent/essential care only), not "unlimited free healthcare." Canada's system has provincial rules, wait times, and isn't open to casual claims.
