I believe in an America which defends the principles of Western-European civilization on a global scale. It would be based on traditional values and allow freedom of association and expression for all ethnic and racial groups.

I support a European union of ethno-nationalist states. They would be governed as aristocratic republics based on Platonic-Aristotelian philosophy, allow freedom of Christian and traditional European religions, and run on corporatist economics.

“If something is beautiful to you, then it’s beautiful irregardless of consensus or nonsense metaphysics.” Evola says this same thing in the chapter about consensus, minus the unfounded attack on metaphysics. The difference is, Evola says the experience of those of the highest caste — the initiated sacred kings, is the most valid and true, so experience and universal reality coincide at the top. “This is another reason why Evola lost the plot, he’s a fucking idiot.” No, maybe you’re the idiot.

Why are you trying to achieve some sort of consensus truth either with society or with some metaphysical context? Evola expresses his Neoplatonic epistemology: to know is to be; knowledge and being are identical. This is precisely the Neoplatonic philosophy of the Intelligible Essences (‘Forms’) which represent Being itself: the reality of the intelligible reality known by our mind, beyond the merely empirical universe known by our senses. When one beholds the Essence of Beauty itself, one simultaneously knows it truly and becomes it fully. It ceases to be a concept, but a lived experience. And, since knowledge is not separate from intellect, the Essence of Beauty is also the Divine Intellection (‘the divine thinking’) of Beauty. Therefore, one joins with the Goddess known variously as Venus, Aphrodite, Astarte, and so on… And, as Evola says, this brings power, because it brings an indissoluble sovereignty and eternality. It is the firmest ground upon one can stand, having nothing to fear, because nothing truly real can be taken away, lost, threatened, or destroyed by evil.

The natives just don’t really exist anymore in any real capacity. America, which is really an empire, should respect the sovereignty of all ethnic groups, and try to promote respect and equality before the law between them. The problem is right now, the people not being treated as equals are White-European people.

@illyriusx The problem is that while you have all the Neo-Platonic texts, you do not have anyone to initiate you into Neo-Platonism like all those authors did over a thousand years ago. There was a lineage. Neo-Platonism can be an excellent starting point from an intellectual POV, however.

I see learning Neoplatonism and becoming a Neoplatonic Pagan as a method that we in the modern day who are without ancestral rites may use to fulfill Evola’s criteria of a sacred initiation into an ancestral, patriarchal, and transcendent tradition. Through its hierarchical and masculine nature, this type of tradition is the only way the individual can escape the collectivistic forces of matriarchal feminism, communism, race-blind religions, decadent liberal capitalism, and globalism.

Folk Paganism isn’t a thing. It’s a meme. Pagans had a metaphysical system since PIE times in 4000 BC. Rigveda speaks of a metaphysical absolute beyond Being and Non-Being (akin to the Platonic The One). Irish Pagans have a cognate with Brahman that they call Breoghan and there are similar myths connecting them that could only possibly derive from PIE.
