What are some things you didn't notice you did until you watched a video of yourself teaching? I realized I say "so" quite a lot and my left hand fidgets constantly.

@sskavanagh Our take is you can't do anything well online (or anywhere else), without prioritizing connection and relationships first. So what happens when you haven't heard from a huge number of your students or families? What happens when basic needs aren't met?
