@odinthenerd @JLCPCB @oshpark I highly recommend @oshpark. Always high quality, and Iove them for prototypes. There's @OSHStencils for stencils too. Different company but some integration there and it's easy to order and they are super fast.

Gah! @JLCPCB support is giving me the run-around for weeks. Got a bad batch of panels that usually have no issue (reorder). These are missing so much soldermask they have yield problems. Random, and really bad in some spots. Will they fix it?

@JLCPCB The reorder these came from was placed in October 2022 along with a bunch of other boards. I hadn't noticed the quality issue until more recently as I had been using older stock and left them sealed.

@im889 Hi Ben, Are u sure it is recent order? one of the photos show it produced in 2020. I tried to help you solve you r problem but can't find the order number.

@GeorgeIoak @JLCPCB Ooh, thanks for the tip. I'd only been using the complaint / messaging system. I can give that a try.

@im889 @JLCPCB At the top of the orders page when you log in you should see an account manager assigned to you with their email address. My account manager has been very helpful several times.

@caden_hillis @JLCPCB Did they offer any replacements or refunds?

@im889 @JLCPCB for some reason, my JLC orders over the last year have had some quality issues too. One didn’t have NPTH’s drilled and the other had no silk… no error w my gerbers 🙁

@GeorgeIoak @JLCPCB Right? I've been messaging their support back and forth April 21st. A lot of asking clarification questions, more photos, which order, more photos, festival break, more photos, no not a microscope video, that order doesn't exist, it's too old, too hard to confirm info, etc

@im889 @JLCPCB I don't see how they could be giving you the run-around. This is obviously a quality problem with their soldermask. Do you have an account manager that you can contact to try and help?

@timonsku @JLCPCB Yeah, this is a reorder, was the 4th reorder of that particular panel. No solder mask issues with my other black solder mask boards. The batches before that was fine. Just look at the difference!
