This massage is in regards to all the trouble, harassment and ignorance that I have got from the team inspite of being a genuine trader, trading ethically and legally with The5ers.
I trade with 5ers since 2023.
I received my first mail of interview on 30.12.25 while I was in funded stage of 60K that I had purchased from you and I agreed for the interview and the interview done on 06.01.26 and towards this I received an acceptance mail that i can trade and my account is good to go and the verification duration took around 20 days and was finally enabled and was asked to trade and said good to go.

Now the case is here,
I purchased a 100K account with you on 29.12.25 and started trading . Soon I made payouts and also 1 scaled my account 125k.
The account I received was on 27.01.26
I requested my payout 26.01.26 and I also received 30.01.26
I started trading my scaled account of 125k which was enabled without prior information, and I was asked to submit my documents for interview. I made a profit of 12500$ and was again up for scaling where account would have been scaled to 150k.
Now there comes the twist from your team, My account was banned and asked for Kyc verification again after few payouts from 60K account, few payouts from 100k account and also after certainly interviewing me and doing kyc already in the past.
FYI
1st payout was on 20.08.2023 where all kyc were done and verifications were on point.
Now please tell me which account foes theough KYc verification twice or thrice and also tell me once interview is done and verified, how in the world can your team ban me and on what grounds.

Kyc was approved on Feb 12 by your team AGAIN.
Your team on 16th Feb mentions out of the blue that Kyc document doesnt match and gives false identification claims on my name and stops responding to my mails after that.
Even after asking for giving all information and also asking for interview.
I have mailed your support team a lot many times and now they have stopped this collaboration on no grounds and me trading with the5ers which was the best experience for me has turned out to be my worst Experience where you have banned me and stopped my payout of more than 15K$ and now stopped responding to my mail and also now came to the point where your team has has been avoiding to revert back.
I would request you to look into this case on a very serious note and get this resolved, resolving not just enabling my account but giving and releasing my payout which i deserve with all honesty. I have waited for more than 2 months now and this is my last mail to you to resolve this at the soonest or I shall be taking legal actions for this whole case. The case of banning me, not responding to me, troubling me, and for the harassment that I had to go through because of your team’s negligence.
Please do the needful and take the necessary actions that are required and hence let us start this on a good note again. I will not compromise from my end and will do everything in my power to give justice to myself as I have been patient enough to go through it all.

A genuine request to resolve this at the soonest and I shall wait for your response and obviously in a positive way because I haven’t done anything wrong to anyone and your firm.
