May be I spoke too soon Air India has changed the booking again - 5 times, without notifying us Initially 3:50 PM Then 4:00 PM (understood as 3:50 PM is cancelled) Now 5.40 PM (4:00 PM ✈️ is operational) Again changed to 4:00 PM Again to 5:40 PM It’s for an elderly, medical assistance needed person & travelling long distance flight. What’s use of booking business class? What’s use of gold tier ? And what’s use of booking a month earlier ? When checked with customer care today, they had no clue @airindia can you help here ?
