@Reiwholesaler The biggest spreads are on deals where the sellers biggest motivation is not price. Yes they are exceedingly rare but that’s what makes them lucrative. I guess anti-wholesale agents are just uncomfortable with the fact that they’re not needed for every transaction.

Anti-wholesale twitter is going to hate to hear this but The biggest spreads on deals are made when the other party is either taking a heavy discount or doesn’t know what their property is really worth 🤷‍♂️

@Reiwholesaler Lol im the opposite. I dont like dealing with buyers. Just make sure to work with an experienced rep that keeps you in the loop about everything.

Currently in escrow with New Western on one of my deals where, believe it or not, they actually were able to sell higher than I could and they actually put up earnest money This is my first ever positive expirience with them

I’ve 20x’d my money using pay per lead services. Everyone online says they’re trash. Truth is most people just don’t have a real process. If you’re actually good at acquisitions and run a real system, it’s a great lead source.

@shawngorham Already tried this. Had a full work flow built to request, scrape, and skiptrace code violation in all cities in Orange County CA. Surprisingly not a lot of motivated sellers.

@thepatwalls Minor changes to how I exercised. Added in more running/walking. I was and am a relatively fit person, 6’ 175lbs and lifelong tennis player as well.

I am officially old. Going on a statin at 35. Got all my labs done and I'm genetically fucked, I have a very high chance of having a heart attack prematurely at some point in my life. For anyone that has parents, grandparents, or relatives with heart disease, go get tested!

@thepatwalls Say no to statins. And please don’t listen to everyone saying not to worry about high cholesterol. High cholesterol is bad. A low fat whole food plant-based VEGAN diet dropped me from 231 total to 156 total and 146 LDL to 89 in about 6mo. No way in hell I would take statins at 30

For those asking: LDL-P = 1503 nmol/L (High) LDL-C = 156 mg/dL (High) ApoB = 102 mg/dL (High) Lipoprotein(a) = 95.2 nmol/L (High) Everything else is normal. I am very healthy, play tennis most days and eat pretty good. Doc said I could get the numbers down with lifestyle but it would most be marginal. Look, I'm more anti-pill and anti-medical-industrial complex than most. But I also saw my dad inches from death at 58 he wasn't on statin. And his mom died from heart disease in her 50s. And Ben Bader in his 20s (extreme case). Statins are one of the most researched and effective medicines in the world. Ofc there are side effects. But I wanna live long!
