The @CityofVancouver Evelyne Saller shelter is closed til next winter. Elder #homeless friend who's been staying in that shelter was given to believe May4 was last night but it closed after May3. She couldn't get into Belkin & had to sleep on sidewalk with no blanket. #Vancouver
