For the average person, a commercial truck license in Canada isn’t something “easy” to obtain. There is a lot of studying/schooling and careful selection of those that demonstrate proper practices outlined by the MTO. I have a feeling many licenses are “bought” instead of earned now.

Excessive free play in the steering wheel (5 3/4” on a 20” wheel) (that was the wheel with wheels straight 😳); pitman arm loose, driveshaft carrier bearing worn out, multiple loose shock absorbers.

If you think there is water is the fuel, most newer vehicles have sensors in the fuel system that will tell you that there is water in the fuel, many people would be reporting this by now. The likely cause is using E-15 fuel. It burns way faster and has much more high ethanol content than the rest. Try waiting a minute from it shutting off as more air from the fuel bubbling might be causing this issue.

This woman is pumping her gas and lately she’s noticed that to fill up her tank now is only a few gallons, it literally costs her about $9.
When she fills up, it stops at around $9 and doesn’t go any further than that even if she tried. She claims she had it checked out and the mechanic says her car is fine. If that’s the case what’s causing the pump to constantly stop so low, could the new gas be screwing things up?

Many people are now saying that the gas we pump at the gas stations is diluted because there is no way it burns this quickly. This man is testing this theory by recording his gas meter in his car while he drives modestly. We can see he’s not being heavy footed and his mile remainder is going as fast as a stopwatch. I’ve noticed this as well but think nothing of it. Have you noticed you are filling up more than you used to?

That vehicle is new enough that it would have a sensor that would detect water in the fuel system. Your car will change its fuel mileage in seconds depending on what you’ve been doing. If you’ve been idling for a few minutes it will change its fuel drastically. Doesn’t mean you’ve actually lost those miles but it bases it on your driving habits and calculates it in real time.
