@imaginespa Hello, is the Stow-cum-Quy SPA facility still open?

@imaginespa for 1 month we've been trying to get a confirmation email from the spa in Stow-Cum-Quoy that a voucher validity was extended. We still haven't got any email. We need a written confirmation, not just a promise (on the phone) that an email will be sent. What's going on?

My mum was at the @HolidayInn sauna yesterday in High Street Kensington when a MALE member of staff stood in the female changing room / shower area and saw her, fully nude trying to walk to her clothes. After raising this complaint to the staff - they called security for her?

@imaginespa I went to sign up as a member at one of your spas today and you offer corporate discount for the Fire Service, Ambulance and NHS but not the police. Rather disapointing really, that you support the Emergency Services bar one?
