@SouthernRailUK Is the 17.33 Southern service from London Bridge to Littlehampton no longer running anymore? It was running last week and yesterday and today there doesn't seem to be this train option.

@newlook @YodelOnline Would love to know why my parcel due Sat was delayed for no reason to then not be delivered today. They couldn't gain access to my property? They didn't attempt delivery and have lied as 4 people are in and we have a very short path and a small garden gate!

Hey @SouthernRailUK on 6th Feb I took the 19.35 from London Bridge to Brighton train. It was terminated unexpectedly at Gatwick, I was going to Haywards Heath. I've gone to do delay repay and you have changed the train destination to say it stopped at Gatwick so have rejected (1)

I am now not eligible for a refund as you are lying online that the train was only servicing Gatwick. As you can see in the screenshot where it was going to Haywards Heath but you cancelled the train. I pay nearly £7k for a season ticket to have this happen?

my delay repay claim even though I was delayed over 30 mins having to wait on Gatwick platform for a new train connection to Haywards Heath. There is now no way for me to claim back on my ticket which is disgusting as you cancelled a service halfway through. How is that okay? (2)
