@LorcanaRestocks This same exact thing happened with CH 1 drop. If you only get charged and no confirmation email you’re out of luck. Pending charge will drop off.

I don't have precise insight into all the payment errors we're seeing but here's my guess... If you see "order is not processed" but you still see a "pending" charge on your bank, that pending charge is likely just an authorization that will drop off. Your order has likely not processed unless you get to the confirmation page. Again, this is just my guess from my experience with payment processors.
