#vfsbangalore seems to have no idea where my husband’s passport is . One day it is in Mumbai, then it is in Bangalore and then back in Mumbai again. No way to escalate. The same customer care folks who repeat the same robotic replies. No response from @VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare
