The conversation on “Inclusion, Local Talent and Mobility: Expanding Access to Opportunity Across Africa” at #IFF2026 highlighted the importance of building Africa’s digital economy through inclusive and intentional talent development.
Bringing together voices from academia, policy, and development finance, the session explored pathways to strengthen local talent, advance women in tech, and scale support systems such as mentorship, coaching, and sponsorship.
Panellists also underscored the role of regional mobility and talent exchange in expanding access to opportunity and enabling sustainable career growth across Africa’s digital economy.
