Nothing Phone (2) has been on Beta 1 for like two months now. I highly regret my decision to update this to beta. 1. The cameras are "okayish" but VERY INCONSISTENT. The shutter button doesn't work at all. One day I took one picture but it turned out the shutter button didn't work 😭😭😭 2. There are several bugs here and there like the power button not turning the phone off, taking it to a reboot mode or switching between light and dark mode randomly. As a beta user i did what I'm supposed to do - report it to the team. But hey let's give beta 2 to (3a) and (3a) Pro instead of flagships 😂👍🏿 3. This update is like a micro (μ) upgrade. You can go through my highlights and find reviews of NothingOS 2, 2.5, 3 etc which were like huge upgrades and brought several changes. This is like 2 new lockscreen clocks, a new about page and micro animations. That's it. I get it that they're doing some new stuff with essential and I'm really intrigued about it, but this update is just not it lol I don't wanna rollback either which is hectic and I will lose my gallery ❤️‍🩹

2.5 years. Nothing OS 3, Essential Space, Camera with LUT presets, native Gallery with editing tools, redesigned Nothing X, Weather and Recorder apps, Playground - just some of my favourite projects our team has shipped during this time (with more still in the pipeline). It’s been a wild ride @nothing. Grateful for my time here and all the awesome people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Excited for what’s coming next 🙏🫡😉

@AkisEvangelidis I can make the same app in a month or so I think nothing needs to improve camera processing and add some ai features like eraser de bulr etc.

A few months ago, we updated our Nothing Gallery app with built-in image editing tools, focusing on enhancing photo editing capabilities. Now, we’re taking things further by introducing major upgrades to video editing. 🎬

@nothing Man why don't you do camera optimization as you promised just adding filters if you're not going to optimise camera just let the users know.

Personal Presets are now on Phone (2). This update also brings updated gallery previews, widget sharing, improvements, and the September security patch. Just head to Settings > System > System update.
