How Troy opens up a Trust loop that builds strong relationships. Take it or leave it. 1. At meetups, talk to someone who's standing or sitting alone. You never know what gems you'll find under rocks. Everyone has a story that may align with yours. 2. Be pure & honest with your intentions, Agendas front and center, not hidden. 3. Listen to what people need, not what you want from them. 4. Don't pretend you know everything or have it all figured out. 5. Kill your darlings and encourage your partner/team members to kill theirs. 6. Be funny when appropriate but apologize when you're wrong. 7. Read the room, study the room, orbit with the room. You are not the only planet around. 8. Pay for the check without expecting a return. 9. If you're gonna act like a fool, make sure you know how to score touchdowns and get back to the huddle. You do not always make great plays, so act like it and get back to work. 10. Touch grass, take a walk, relax. This adds to your winning mentality and growth. These are tools I use and repeat to myself because I'm human like you and can falter from time to time. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Today, someone remarked that it's disgusting to let dogs sleep in bed. This really got me thinking about how our furry friends bring so much joy and comfort into our lives. Personally, I'm more than okay with my dogs snuggling up with me at night. Their warmth and companionship make the bed feel cozier and my heart fuller. So, should dogs sleep in bed? For me, the answer is a resounding yes.
