@MacMate_ Runna (the app) is what got me to run my first 5k. Does a mixture of easy, long, interval and tempo runs to train you up. It is a paid subscription but you can get a month or so free from memory by using a code. Maybe ask @Elfishguy for what a good time is? I’m slow af when I run

This one is for my cardio enjoyers. What is a good time to aim for when looking to improve my 5k run? I currently can't run a full 5k (probably) and I'm considering just doing a month of cardio to see what changes with my body. Any tips or apps other resources/videos that you recommend are welcome :) just leave them down below or shoot them over in a DM.
