I'm grateful for my time with NIP. Surrounded by incredibly hardworking people - teammates, coach, staff - who gave it their all every day.
We came from top 200 to top 24 in 6 months. It’s been a hell of a grind, and I’m proud of what we achieved together.
It hurts that it ended like this. I tried my best to make it work in new roles, but it just wasn’t meant to be.
Now I’m ready to find a new home - where I can truly be myself, in my real roles.

Today, we are announcing that arrozdoce is no longer a part of our active CS roster. This was an incredibly difficult decision, and we are truly grateful Rafael for his contributions to the success of this roster so far.
