@vfsglobalcare I have just sent you a direct message which requires urgent attention. Passport has not been returned and it has now been 60 days since biometrics - and we paid for priority service! Appalling service. Please investigate

@vfsglobalcare We paid for the priority service - Nowhere does it say it could take up to 6 weeks on the property service?! We fly in 3 weeks. The customer service is appalling, having no way to contact the centre.Can’t you check the process with our application number?
