i always find comments like this funny because its basically arguing that we need randomized controlled trials to confirm that more blood flow equals more oxygen and nutrients reaching tissue, which is a bit like demanding a clinical trial to prove that watering plants helps them grow. sometimes when the mechanism is proven and the action simple, we don't need direct data - just some light reasoning by considering your physiology. one logical question you could ask yourself is; do my hands/ feet get cold often? if yes, chances are you would benefit from the vasodilation because yours isn't great. yes the firehose problem and thresholds exist but that can be reasoned out by most people with lukewarm IQ that understand that just as with everything else, supplements/ compounds aren't one size fits all.
