I think many people in the Tesla community have literally become retarded, and maybe having Grok do so much of our thinking these days is the reason bc some of you clearly aren’t using your brains anymore. I’m not going to sit here and pretend nobody ever glances at their phone while using FSD. I know people do it. But there’s a MASSIVE difference between briefly looking at your phone and sitting there completely checked out, staring at a computer screen like the car is already fully autonomous. Yes, I fuck around here and there with FSD too and push it to the limits… I’m not going to pretend I don’t. But when it comes to supervising the car, I’m still dead locked in behind the scenes. I’m still watching the road, I know what’s happening around me, and I’m ready to take over if needed. It’s called FSD (Supervised) for a fuckin reason. Elon NEVER said you can stop paying attention. Tesla NEVER said you can sit on your laptop, watch movies, and completely ignore the road. Yes, the technology is incredibly capable. I trust FSD with my family every day. But capable does NOT mean unsupervised. And think about the bigger picture. One idiot doing something reckless, getting into a serious accident, and ending up all over the news can hurt the progress thousands of hard working Tesla employees have spent years working toward. Right now, we are closer than EVER to true unsupervised autonomy. DO NOT become careless just bc the technology has become so damn good and you want some views. Use your brain. Be smarter. Don’t be retarded. It’s still supervised.
