@osasuo @CAF_Online clear message to CAF to put the interests of African football at the centre. Football a game for many people is won on the field. For the fans and not in board rooms

#Senegal, by parading the #AFCON trophy, before their latest friendly against #Peru, are telling @CAF_Online one simple thing: “We don’t give a damn about your judgement: We remain champions.” What a mess African football is in.

🚨💣 😳 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐌𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐁𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐑 𝐀𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐄 ❌🇸🇳 The Bar Association of Morocco has officially appointed a Justice Commissioner to record every detail during Senegal vs Peru at the Stade de France this afternoon. The commissioner will document the identity of organisers, logos used, and the public exhibition of the CAN trophy during the planned celebration. A full verbal report will be submitted directly to FIFA’s Ethics Committee, accusing the Senegalese federation of violating Article 15 of FIFA’s Disciplinary Code — an act of defiance by celebrating a title revoked by CAF’s Appeal Jury. Morocco claims this is a clear breach of FIFA’s Code of Ethics, calling it disrespectful behaviour that challenges the authority of international football bodies.

Les Sénégalais 🇸🇳 viennent de nous offrir le plus beau cadeau. Ils ont exhibé le trophée devant un commissaire de justice, des caméras et le monde entier. Le dossier se construit tout seul. ⚖️🇲🇦

@eyestoanalyze @ntvuganda It's a murder case. Involving immediate family members. Top lawyers are doing their best, expect it to be longer since main suspect sustained major injuries. Once the judgment is read, she will probably be guilty, her defense team will ask the judge to consider her remand time

UPDATE :Key murder suspect Molly Katanga has told court that she sustained injuries after being attacked by her husband, businessman Henry Katanga, presenting scars as part of her defence. Testifying before the High Court in Kampala, Katanga said her husband had been suffering from persistent headaches and stress, and had declined to take medication prescribed by their family doctor. She further told court that after allegedly hitting her, he walked away stating he intended to take his own life, moments before she heard a loud bang. #NTVNews 📷@abubakerlubowa

Tehran needs to drop one missile in Uganda 🇺🇬 and let us see what he can do… instead of building good roads and focusing on developmental projects the idiot want to call war to itself when they have no defense system. The truth is if one bomb is drop in Uganda it will take them 20 years to recover and rebuild. Misplace prioritization.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport does not need to thoroughly examine the case file, simply reviewing the images is enough for the situation to become clear.

There is a @CAF_Online exco meeting on Sunday in Cairo. The members have not been sent the agenda, as I write. How do they prep for the meeting, when they don’t get the agenda in time? As Samir Sobha told me, he didn’t even get an agenda paper for the last meeting in #Tanzania, until he was in the room for the February 13th meeting in Dar-es-Salaam!

You did not beat Museveni. If you had, your youth‑majority base would have poured into the streets somewhere—if not in Kampala, then in Jinja, Mbale, Gulu, Mbarara, anywhere. A genuine national victory produces visible national energy, not silence. You did not beat Museveni if you cannot produce even a bit of solid data from at least one of the 146 districts. Just one. Show the numbers. Show the forms. Show the tally sheets. How many Woman Representatives does NUP have as MPs‑elect? Where is the evidence? So far, the only claim I’ve seen is that “more people voted for Museveni at his own polling station”—yet even that comes with no proof. You did not beat Museveni because it is foolhardy to believe that with all the innovation, passion, and digital mobilization you command in Kampala, you somehow failed to secure even a single verifiable district‑level dataset. Passion alone is not victory. Claims without evidence are not victory. Silence where numbers should be is not victory. You did not beat Museveni. And until you can demonstrate otherwise with real data—not emotion, not slogans, not assumptions—you are simply repeating a story you cannot defend. Better return to Uganda as is your right and stop promising to come back endlessly. It is becoming a hollow promise.
BOBI WINE@HEBobiwine

How can my rights and dignity be a subject of negotiation? NBS is just a peddler or fake results, fake narratives! My return to my home country is a right and I will soon return to Uganda, and the regime can do whatever they want. Standing against Museveni (and beating him) is only a crime in the eyes of NBS, not in the eyes of the law.

#AFCON 2025 Law class for #Maroc and the @FRMFOFFICIEL, as well as for #Senegal and @Fsfofficielle: Here are 3 legal maxims in Latin: 1. Qui approbat non reprobat. (“You cannot approbate and reprobate at the same time.”) 2. Venire contra factum proprium non potest. (“One cannot come against one’s own prior act.”) 3. Nullus commodum capere potest de injuria sua propria. (“No one can take advantage of their own wrong.”) They will certainly determine the fate of the case in CAS. 🙂
