It's not high at all. IPF/PPF, PH-COPD, L606 all have not been priced in. PAH + PH-ILD is worth $10B alone if you have the preferred drug of choice. At current $LQDA valuation, Yutrepia is seen as the preferred PAH prostacyclin, which it is. 327 goes away or royalties, PH-ILD will starts to get priced in. Once Tyvaso is approved for IPF, we could see off-label prescription. RJ will be running trials for IPF/PPF and PH-COPD. L606 P3 data is still 2 years away but we should see some promising data next year? If TPIP fails in PH-ILD, $LQDA valuation will go through the roof. There is a lot of "if"s but also a lot of opportunities.

My 2026 $LQDA Yutrepia revenue expectations: Q1: $130M Q2: $185M Q3: $230M Q4: $260M ~$800M for 2026. These numbers are based on roughly 50 new starts a week and 28 day voucher at 50%. Actually numbers could vary. UTC has roughly 12-15K patients on Tyvaso/DPI and I think we can take at least half of that going into 2027, which would generate $1.5B a year. 5X revenue multiple gives you $7.5B market cap. I'm not going to entertain 7X. 5000 patients would generate around $1.3B in revenue which is very based if we are at 2200 right now. That's a $6.5B evaluation which is over $60 a share.
