This weekend I played two rounds where I didn’t see another group out there while playing.
One of the things you kind of can’t understand until you experience it can only happen when the course is empty imo:
You can both play at a pace where you don’t feel rushed, and also have quick rounds.
I’d even say I felt like I was playing slower this weekend. Both rounds still finished in around 3 hours.
It’s a weird paradox. The rounds where it feels like you have all the time in the world end up being the quickest ones.
