ATOMIKA is an experimental, annual gathering that fuses immersive art, deep inquiry, and powerful music, set within and around a Cold War era nuclear missile silo near Roswell, New Mexico.
On November 6-8, 2026, one thousand curious minds, scientists, artists, and musicians will gather across an expansive desert landscape and descend 174 feet underground for select sessions inside the restored missile complex, exploring questions about humanity's future through three days of immersive programming and live performance.
Together we will transform a doomsday weapon into a hub of interstellar imagination, fostering a cross-disciplinary exploration of contact, consciousness, and cosmic culture.

For this week's #TotalityTuesday, we're looking at the total solar eclipse of May 29, 1919; the eclipse that bent light and changed how we understand the universe.
Sweeping across South America and Africa, it lasted 6 minutes and 50 seconds, but its true significance lays far

This #TotalityTuesday, we’re going back to 1900.
You’re looking at the first film EVER captured of a total solar eclipse. Filmed in North Carolina by Nevil Maskelyne, this rare footage was recently restored so we can see exactly what people saw over a century ago.
About the eclipse:
Scientists actually used the darkness to hunt for “Vulcan,” a planet they thought lived inside Mercury’s orbit.
- Totality lasted just 86 seconds
- The Moon’s shadow moved from the Gulf region across the Southeast and out over the Atlantic near Norfolk

It's our final #TotalityTuesday of the year! ✨
Today we’re recognizing the Wild West Eclipse of January 1, 1889.
About the eclipse:

• The Moon had passed

This season carries a quiet magic, a threshold moment between anticipation and arrival. It's the same energy we feel in the minutes before totality, when the world holds its breath and the sky begins to shift.
Merry Christmas from all of us at Iceland Eclipse. We cannot wait to gather with you next year.

The longest night of the year has arrived, and with it we invite you to slow down.
The Winter Solstice is a moment for reflection and appreciation for all that this year has held. Step outside around dusk and notice how your body reacts to the dark. Honor the effort it took to live this year, the lessons that shaped you, and the moments that asked you to grow.
Pick one thing you want to carry into the next season, then write it down before you go back inside.
🌑 Iceland Eclipse awaits. Join us through the link in our profile.
