On November 12, 2024, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), assisting the victims, filed a lawsuit against Wang Keming, the former Director of Urology at Tianjin Third Central Hospital, for his alleged involvement in crimes related to the genocide of organ harvesting. The case was filed in the U.S. Federal District Court in Los Angeles, which accepted the case under federal law for human rights violations, issued a summons to the defendant Wang Keming, and delivered it directly to him. Concurrently, WOIPFG reported the case to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
