@smburns I just hung out with a dozen friends from my first job, and we text each other regularly. We haven’t worked together in 15 years. I just can’t imagine that happening had we all not shared the same office

My advice to ambitious young professionals: 1) Find a job where everyone works in the office at least 3 days per week 2) Work in the office 5 days per week
