In today's hearing by the 9 Judge Conbstitutional Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India - Senior Advocate Dr. Abishek Manu Sighvi @DrAMSinghvi argued the entire day. His arguments as usual were of exemplary order - His arguments on non-applicability of the legal fiction "Constitutional Morality" in matters of religious faith and beliefs were brilliant. However, in my humble opinion his observations on Article 16(5) and the Seshammal Judgment were erroneous. Still further, it appeared that he deliberately kept away from the Hindi Text of the Constitution of India by which every Sampradaya would be recognized as a Denomination. He was, to me, obviously SHY of calling Sabarimala Temple a denominational temple - A truth that would solve many problems - probably in deference to his client - the Travancore Devaswom Board - which is controlled by Commies in power, for many years now.

The useless, corrupt, anti-Hindu-Tradition @tnhrcedept allowed many prime properties belonging to Hindu Temples across Tamil Nadu to be encroached for decades. One such example of such chronic encroachment is the prime property of 14 grounds at Luz Church Road, Mylapore occupied by Amirtanjan Ltd for more than 25 years. Not less than ₹50 Crores must be pending from that encroacher company - without taking interest into account- As per news report from @the_hindu the appeal by Amirtanjan is listed tmrw before Madras High Court. My question to the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept and the Executive Officer of Sri Kapaliswarar temple functioning by FRAUD - why no criminal proceedings were taken under Section 79-B of the TN HRCE Act, 1959 and the Directors of the Company arrested? Why should this temple come under @tnhrcedept if they cannot protect the valuable temple land? Year after year the misfits in Government cause a loss of Rs. 110 Crores to Sri Kapaliswarar temple. High time the misfits are legally kicked out of the temple and the temple handed back to the Mudhaliar community who built this temple in its current location.

Want to know how the Govt IAS officers in the Religious Endowments Department and the @tnhrcedept regularly promote and nurture FRAUD on Hindu Temples? 1. When I filed a PIL and sought external audit of Hindu Temples and Endowments as per law in 2020 - the TN Govt issued a G.O. in 2021 shifting the Audit Wing in the @tnhrcedept to Finance Department - Old wine in new bottle - and claimed this as "external audit" 2. When I filed multiple petitions in the last few years opposing loot of Temple Funds for civil works not sanctioned by law - Govt amended Section 35 of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959 to allow any sort of construction in the name of devotee welfare/facilities - Fortunately, the Governor has not approved this amendment of Law. 3. When Matha Dental College, Kundrathur, a Xtian minority institution occupied valuable lands of Saint Sekkizhar Temple by encroachment and demanded "Exchange of Lands" I opposed it in Court - The Court levied a Rs. 5.00 Lakh fine before further proceedings by the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept . There are many Xtian institutions who have occupied Temple lands illegally. TN Government has now come with an amendment by Temple lands can be "exchanged" 4. Elections are coming and the already low rents of temple properties (not revised for more than 15 years) have been actually reduced from 2007 levels i.e. retrospectively (a totally shameless and illegal move) through an amendment. 5. I issued a notice on 19.01.2026 to Govt, @tnhrcedept and Tamil Nadu Power Finance & Infrastructure Development Corporation which has very low BBB(-) Credit Rating for many years now regarding illegal deposit of Temple Funds in TNPFC, which has collected deposits of 1000s of Crores beyond the limit they are permitted to accept. TNPFC was also an entity that was NOT approved for temple deposits under law. On 17.02.2026 Govt amended the Custody and Deposit Rules under TN HR&CE Act to include TN Power Finance. By the way how many of us know that the CSR funds of TN Power Finance has been used for many construction projects in the Assembly Constituency of Finance Minister Thangam Thennarasu? This Dravidian Government will do anything to loot temples for the sake of votes and corruption money. And they are doing this through IAS Officers - who care not for Dharma or Law or Pavam/Punniyam. I pray that these IAS officers have a long life and fulfill their KARMA !

On 29.01.2026 Hon'ble Division Bench hearing my PIL regarding Shopping complex construction in Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple, Tiruvannamalai passed an interim order by which - - All civil works in ancient temples (temples that are more than 100 years old) were STAYED - Any construction hereafter can happen only with the approval of the Heritage Commission which is yet to be formed - On 17 - February - 2025 a SERVANT of the @tnhrcedept - a person functioning by FRAUD - as the Executive Officer of Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple, Rameswaram has published a tender notification calling for massive renovation works at a cost of Rs. 13.65 Crores - in Sri Kothandaramar Temple, Rameswaram - a temple that is said to be more than 800 years old. Yet another example that the Addl Chief Secretary - Religious Endowments Department and the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept care a DAMN about Court orders and directions. It looks like these two IAS officers relish disobeying Court orders. AUDACITY, thy name is @tnhrcedept !
