Hon'ble Supreme Court recalls its order relegating Pujya Swamiji's Writ Petition and tagged matters (including Tiruchendur Sri Subramaniaswamy Temple Matter to be argued by Senior Counsel Shri @jsaideepak ) to Madras High Court! Swamiji's Case WP 476 of 2012 challenged various provisions of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959, the AP Charitable Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972 The cases will now be heard by Hon'ble Supreme Court on 24th July 2026 - including the cases filed by Dr @Swamy39 and His Holiness the Jeeyar Swami of Sri Ahobilam Mutt! A historic moment when Raja Raja Chola era copper plates correctly known as “Anaimangalam Plates” (popularly known world over as Leiden Copper Plates held in Leiden University) are returned to Bharat by Netherlands Thanks mainly to our True Temple Activist - Advocate Shri Jagannath - who filed a Writ Petition in 2019 before the Hon’ble Madras High Court. Jagannath persistently followed up his Writ Petition. Subsequent to that @mygovindia took efforts through diplomatic channels to retrieve the extraordinarily important historical plates and finally they are being returned by Government of Netherlands. The DK ecosystem is the nastiest, shameless casteist group. It wanted no Brahmins in the assembly. TVK sent two. It wanted no Brahmin minister. There is at least one. It started fighting to remove him from the Education ministry purely based on speculation. No one still knows what the Mylapore minister’s portfolio is. It has now started questioning how a Brahmin could be the secretary (and commissioner) for HRCE. The ultimate goal of DK is removal of Brahmins from the entire corridors of administration. 1. It is now for the right thinking liberals in Tamil Nadu to see this blatant, discriminatory activities of the #D ecosystem and raise their voice against the same. 2. I will certainly be looking at forming a group of like minded people to explore how to support Brahmin youngsters wanting to get into UPSC and TNPSC in large numbers and also into various political parties that are willing to admit Brahmins to safeguard the micro-minority community in Tamil Nadu. What we are seeing now in Tamil Nadu is equivalent of what happened in the Nazi Germany against the Jews.

Disgraceful compromise by @mygovindia run by @BJP4India - "Lending" our Murtis which were stolen from our temples - instead of getting them back to the temples for worship. Our Murtis are meant for worship in the temples they were originally established through Pranapratishta. We owe many thanks to @poetryinstone Shri Vijaykumar for helping Govt of India to get back our Murtis from various places over the many years now. But this atrocious compromise by @BJP4India Govt makes a mockery of the established law and our Fundamental Cultural Rights.
