Are the details below Right sir? பிரிவு 9(1) தமிழ்நாடு அரசு, பின்வரும் அதிகாரிகளை நியமிக்க அதிகாரம் பெற்றுள்ளது. ஆணையர் (Commissioner) கூடுதல் ஆணையர் (Additional Commissioner) இணை ஆணையர்கள் (Joint Commissioners) துணை ஆணையர்கள் (Deputy Commissioners) -உதவி ஆணையர்கள் (Assistant Commissioners) அரசானது தேவைக்கேற்ப இவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை நிர்ணயித்து நியமிக்கலாம். பிரிவு 9(2) அதிகாரிகள் நியமிக்கப்படும் முறைகள் குறித்து கூறுகிறது. ஆணையர் (Commissioner) பதவி ⚖️👉தமிழ்நாடு உயர்நீதித்துறை சேவை #HigherJudicialService அல்லது #நீதித்துறை சேவையிலிருந்து மாற்று நியமனம் (Transfer) கூடுதல் ஆணையரிடமிருந்து பதவி உயர்வு (Promotion), அல்லது நேரடி ஆட்சேர்ப்பு (Direct Recruitment). கூடுதல் ஆணையர் (Additional Commissioner): இணை ஆணையரிடமிருந்து பதவி உயர்வு மூலம் நியமிக்கப்படுவர். இணை ஆணையர் (Joint Commissioner): துணை ஆணையரிடமிருந்து பதவி உயர்வு மூலம் நியமிக்கப்படுவர். துணை ஆணையர் (Deputy Commissioner): 👉நீதித்துறை சேவை அல்லது பிற சேவைகளிலிருந்து மாற்று நியமனம், உதவி ஆணையரிடமிருந்து பதவி உயர்வு, நேரடி ஆட்சேர்ப்பு, அல்லது ஒப்பந்த அடிப்படையிலான நியமனம் மூலம் நியமிக்கப்படலாம். இத்தகைய HR&CEன் துறையின் நிர்வாக அமைப்பை உருவாக்கும் முக்கியமான பிரிவாகும். ஆணையர் முதல் உதவி ஆணையர் வரை அதிகாரிகளின் நியமன முறையை இதன் முறையில் வரையறுக்கிறது. This is a crucial task that previous DMK and AIADMK governments failed to execute to protect the Palani Dhandayuthapani Temple properties. You must take this up as a special initiative. High-ranking officials from the HR&CE and Revenue departments must be appointed specifically for this to recover and hand over the assets within a couple of months. In 2003, Thiru V.N.A.S. Chandran, a businessman residing in Kodaikanal, bequeathed his properties to the Palani Sri Dhandayuthapani Temple. The bequeathed assets include plots in Kodaikanal, two tea factories (Valparai and Munnar), a 90% stake in one of his companies, and several other properties. After executing the will, he sent it to the HR&CE Commissioner on 03.10.2003. However, no action was taken by the Commissioner's office for 9 years. This was noted as a severe accusation by the HR&CE auditors who audited the Palani Sri Dhandayuthapani Temple for the years 2010 and 2011. You must immediately take steps to verify the authenticity of this will, investigate the severe accusation made by the auditors, and initiate action. The auditors stated back then itself that the value of these properties was ₹1000 Crores. The PIL field by Shri Allikuttai Radhakrishan in the matter of 3085 acres of Temple Lands in Karur District - came today before the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Madras High Court - Madurai Bench - Their Lordships were pleased to issue notice and ordered a possible final hearing on 11.08.2026. Government and @tnhrce respondents to file counter affidavits by 29.07.2026. The Lordships also directed the District Collector to provide the land records of the 3085 acres. One of the biggest lies told by @tnhrcedept counsels and the persons claiming to be counsels of the respective temples before the Hon'ble Division Bench is that - - before the order releasing no objections to Patta transfers was made - Temples were consulted - How? The temples have no trustees - The Executive Officers in these temples ARE functioning by SHAMELESS FRAUDS on the TN HR&CE Act. - who represented the temples ? Who can?
