🚀 Method: How do you find and validate ideas for your product? This is my process based on my experience as a product manager 🧑🏻‍💻 in tech 👇🏻 1️⃣Step 1: Find your idea Start by looking at your own problems. Chances are, you’re not the only one dealing with them. If you wish there was a digital solution for something, others probably feel the same and are craving a fix. Another way is digging into online communities like Reddit, Twitter, or niche forums to see what people are complaining about. You also don’t need to reinvent the wheel. Look at how TikTok’s video format got copied by every social app. As a small builder, find a product that solves a real problem but has poor UX, missing features, or weak marketing. That’s your chance to build something better. 2️⃣Step 2: Validate your idea Set up a simple landing page. Drive some traffic (paid or organic i suggest paid as it's quick,) and see if people sign up, ask questions, or show interest. If people are converting (MVP) or joining the waitlist (No MVP), that’s a strong signal to move forward. From there, keep on building and start gathering feedback from your early users and iterate based on the feedback you are getting.

I think I found my content format 👍🏻 gets likes and saves 💻 I'm making 30 days of content in one click 🇺🇸 app getting downloads in the US These formats get engagements on Instagram as well Before trying it out, just wait for me to update you Because I can say "it was a bad idea" next week😄

I stopped generating AI videos for my fitness app Switched to TikTok photo slideshows And the algorithm rewarded me 👇 One slideshow: > 1,143 plays > 35 saves (saves matter more than likes) > 0 ad spend > 0 video editing Result on @RevenueCat : - $1,029 MRR - 140 Active Subs - 997 new customers in 28 days Slideshow > Video

I just realized that instead of building one app per week, you should try creating a different piece of content every day until you find a viral format that fits your niche. That’s enough, spend more time on distribution instead of building a lot of things with no users.

I just found a new method to run multiple tiktok and ig accounts, each with a different AI persona, all driving traffic to your app It is already pulling thousands of views every week for many apps Here’s how it works: → It researches viral content in your niche and writes the scripts. → Generates videos & slideshows with realistic AI actors as the face of each account. → Multiple accounts, multiple personas, all posting every day. → Every post ends with a cta to convert. → Zero manual work. Runs 24/7. This is what automated distribution looks like in 2026 Reply “BOT” and I’ll send you the full setup

You've seen it here first. $10K MRR from an entirely AI generated app, built in 14 days, not one line of code written by hand. The future is now.

build in public is mostly a bunch of nobodies sharing generic stuff for clout fail in public is often crybabies thinking failing is a badge of honor what could be more useful for founders is “roast in public” needs probably two tiers levels first level: anyone can give you recommendations on what can be improved in your app anyone knows and feel when: - a video is good and entertaining - an app onboarding is too boring - an app paywall isn’t clear enough - an app doesn’t fulfill its promise stated during the onboarding second level could be paid and vetted mentor with successful apps could be hired for a paid consult brokies underestimate the power of paying vetted mentors for knowledge and save years of trials and errors. this kind of knowledge applicable for your app may not be found on YouTube and ChatGPT a vetted mentor will tell you within minutes why your conv rate sucks and what to change exactly to reach your MRR goal. getting roasted is never nice but it’s a necessary step to improve. I’m always looking to get roasted and to use that pain as fuel to fast track my way to success if you were brave enough to read this far … I’ll be happy to roast your app for free in public. I’ll do it nicely - I won’t be mean I’ll tell you exactly what to change with your app and your marketing I’ll do it for 7 people maximum

I guess it's cool to see that people like slidestorm enough to sign up with multiple accounts to use up the free credits on both 😤 What are the best ways to prevent this?

Relying purely on luck and just “posting what you want” to grow on X gotta be the dumbest thing you can possibly do.

UPDATE 17 : 🚀 My Journey to $1k MRR with iOS Apps Here’s my app performance so far: I currently offer monthly and yearly plans behind a hard paywall, but haven’t made any sales yet. I think I need to improve onboarding and add a trial option. My TikTok videos are sitting at 100 150 views. Still posting and hoping for one to blow up

You might think your product is messy. Your MRR might be tiny. You might feel “behind.” But guess what? You’ve already beaten everyone who never built anything. Keep shipping. You’re further ahead than you think.

Slow growth over the last 3 weeks since our launch honestly sucked. To make things worse, I dislocated my shoulder 7 days later. Things really sucked at this point, but this gave us an opportunity to take a step back and re-evaluate: distribution, hiring plans, our core product roadmap, etc. 2 weeks later, shoulder’s getting better already and many bugs fixed. Excited to share all the new @soshiapp updates soon. These ones aren’t mind-blowing (like the stuff we have planned later), but DEFINITELY NECESSARY. Remember: sometimes the smallest changes are the most important 👀 I promise we have a lot of cool stuff planned tho, and the next 2 months will be insaneee so pls follow along for our journey! 😊
