What the author of #Kavirajamarga tells here is *not to mix kannada words with samskrta origin words* in a samAsa.
It is very different from saying not use Samskrta words in Kannada.
Anyone who has read some pages from Kavirajamarga would understand what the author meant. But those who are basing their argument looking at one padya and incorrectly deciphering it obvisouly can not.

Dude, don't act too clever by half. This logic came only when olatas started stupidly saying Karnataka gives 5 rs but gets back 1 ₹. Because the same logic applies to bangalore vis a vis Karnataka.
Btw, it's neither bangalore nor karnataka that gives taxes to the central pool. It's the individuals who are paying the tax - sharing a part of their income with the rest of the people. There has to be a reasonable devolution of taxes from the centre to Karnataka and from Karnataka to Bangalore.
When olatas and Khangress demand the first, the second one too is valid.
