I’m a pharmacy tech. Chain store. We have a policy. No prescription, no medication. Period. Man came in. Late fifties. Asked for insulin. “I ran out. My prescription’s expired. Doctor’s appointment isn’t until next week.” Checked his records. Type 1 diabetic. Last fill was on time. He wasn’t scamming. “I can’t give it to you without a prescription. Policy.” He nodded. Started to leave. Knew what would happen. Diabetic emergency. Hospital. Maybe worse. Called his doctor’s office. Closed. Left a message marked urgent. Called the pharmacist over. Explained. She looked at the man. Looked at me. “We can do a three-day emergency supply. I’ll authorize it.” Gave him three days of insulin. He tried to pay. She refused. “Get your prescription filled next week. This one’s on us.” He left crying. Thank you over and over. Came back the next week. Prescription filled. Brought us flowers. “You saved my life. I would’ve ended up in the ER. Or dead. For following policy.” That pharmacist got written up. Corporate found out. Medication given without valid prescription. She didn’t care. “Write me up every time,” she told the district manager. “I’ll break policy every time to save a life.” She still works there. Still breaks policy. For people who need insulin. Inhalers. Heart medication. Three-day supplies. Emergencies. Corporate stopped writing her up. Decided it was easier to look away. Because sometimes policy kills. And sometimes breaking rules saves lives. —Andrea, pharmacy tech

Anonymous I teach piano out of my living room. Small studio. Mostly kids. This boy showed up for a trial lesson. Nine years old. Foster kid. Social worker brought him. “He’s obsessed with piano but the family can’t afford lessons. Can you help?” Looked at his face. Pure hope in his eyes. “Let’s see what you’ve got.” Kid was gifted. Natural talent. Took him on. Told the social worker I had a scholarship fund. Didn’t. Was teaching him free. Taught him twice a week for three years. Never charged a dime. He progressed fast. Really fast. Then he got moved. New foster home. Different town. Forty minutes away. Tuesday he didn’t show up. Called the social worker. “He’s too far now. No way to get him there.” Started driving to him instead. Every Tuesday and Thursday. Eighty-minute round trip. His new foster mom was shocked. “You’re doing this for free and driving here?” “He’s got a gift. I’m just helping him find it.” Two years later he got a full scholarship to a music conservatory. At his acceptance ceremony he played a piece he’d written. Called it “Tuesday.” Dedicated it to me. “For the teacher who drove forty minutes each way because she believed in me.” He’s nineteen now. Teaches piano to foster kids every weekend. Fourteen students. All free. Came to visit last month. Brought one of his students. Shy girl. Eight years old. “This is Mrs. Anderson. She taught me that talent matters more than money.” The girl sat at my piano. Played a scale. Perfect. Sometimes Tuesday nights change everything....

NEW: We often hear that Scotland’s more progressive income tax is “driving people out the country.” New HMRC data shows the opposite. Far more taxpayers are moving to Scotland than leaving it. Let’s look at the data 🧵

In Rochdale we don't need a inquiry to tell us who was responsible and should have been or should be held to account iv named them for years i will continue to name them gordon brown prime minster at the time made a decision that these girls where responsible for there own abuse and out went the memo Jacquie smith the then home secretary then issued a nationwide memo to all police forces that the lifestyle choices of these girls is what led to there abuse at local level for us this memo was then put into action by the police and crime commissioner the late Tony Lloyd labour mayor later to become a MP for rochdale as a reward then the greater manchester commanding officer Sir peter Fahay issued a force wide notice telling his greater manchester police not to pursue these men the coverup then began led by Richard farnell and his labour stooges at rochdale council richard farnell was later exposed for lying to the independent inquiry into child abuse ran by professor alex jay . IICSA He lied about what he knew and covered up as council leader and very close friend to Cyril Smith . He had the dirt on his hands of both Knowl view AND the grooming scandal but none of this would have been possible but for 1 man . the head of the crown prosecution service the prime minister himself Sir keir starmer . now you know why the inquiry is releasing statements like this inquiry is not to prosecute individuals or to determine civil or criminal liability ALL the above are responsible for the abuse of Rochdale's children . EVERYONE OF THEM ARE LABOUR . buymeacoffee.com/pagukbilly

She Called The FBI In 1996. They Opened A File. Then They Told Her It Never Existed. She Spent 29 Years Being Called A Liar. September 3, 1996. A file is opened inside FBI headquarters. Classification: child pornography. The woman who made the call is identified only as "a professional artist." She described photos she had seen inside a Manhattan mansion. She described the man who owned those photos. She described what she witnessed being done to young girls. She gave them everything. Then she waited. Nobody called back. Nine years later, a local detective in Palm Beach knocked on a different door. Found forty victims. Handed the FBI photographs, videos, and documented evidence of child trafficking across multiple states. The FBI opened a formal investigation. Two years later — they closed it. One plea deal. Thirteen months. Out by noon every day on work release. The trafficking continued. The FBI kept receiving tips. For eleven more years, women were brought to his island, his Manhattan townhouse, his private ranch. For eleven more years — the file sat there. It took a newspaper reporter to force the arrest in 2019. Thirty-three days later, he was dead. Now twelve women — listed only as Doe 1 through Doe 12 — are standing in federal court. They're not suing his estate. They're suing the FBI. They want $100 million. And they want every internal document, every memo, every email showing exactly who received each tip — and made the decision to do nothing. But here's the part that changes everything. When the FBI's own internal review was published in 2020 — it didn't mention the 1996 complaint. Not once. For another five years, the woman who made that call was told: your report doesn't exist. In December 2025, the DOJ confirmed it did. One page. Dated September 3, 1996. Which means someone inside the FBI knew that file existed — and chose not to include it in their own review. The question isn't whether the file was real. The question is: who decided to make it disappear? usstories.mstfootball.com/lam/twelve-wom…

Ed Milliband said on radio today: 1. north sea oil will be with us for decades to come - but we were told in 2014 it would run out in 2020 AND said 2. the Norwegian north sea oil basin is at a different 'stage of maturity' than the UK's Is that true?

Someone who’s more knowledgeable than me, please answer this: How can a government that has literally done the opposite of what was on their manifesto, fast tracked new laws that the majority don’t want and has had more scandals, proven lies, proven fraud, tax evasion, convicted paedophiles and other convicted criminals in less than 2 years than any other government in British history, allowed to remain in government?!

Multiple whistleblowers, who have provided ITV News with confidential documents and correspondence, say that the digital authentication platform set to form the basis of the government’s Digital ID service, One Login, currently fails to meet mandatory government cybersecurity standards, including the “Secure by Design” and National Cyber Security Centre’s (NCSC) assessment frameworks. One source said the shortcomings could lead to what they described as “the worst data breach in UK government history.”

This has been the top story on the BBC Wales website for the last four hours, yet there's nothing on the BBC Scotland website. Is there any other explanation than political censorship? Will Radio Scotland Breakfast cover this huge story tomorrow? If so, will they seek out Sarwar?

🚨 PRESIDENT TRUMP TO STARMER: “OPEN UP THE NORTH SEA. IMMEDIATELY.” A direct message across the Atlantic. According to The Telegraph, President Trump has urged Sir Keir Starmer to immediately reopen and expand North Sea oil and gas production — a move that would represent a dramatic shift in Britain’s current energy posture. This lands at a critical moment: • UK energy security remains fragile • North Sea output has declined sharply over the past decade • Net zero targets are tightening domestic production • Europe continues to face geopolitical supply pressures The strategic argument is clear: domestic energy equals sovereignty. If Britain expands North Sea production, it reduces import dependency, strengthens energy resilience, and insulates households and industry from external shocks. The counterargument will be environmental commitments and long-term transition goals. But geopolitics rarely waits for ideal timelines. Energy is power. And power is leverage. The question now: does Westminster pivot toward energy realism — or stay the current course?

Another U-turn from Keir Starmer. Absolutely disgraceful. If Britain is going to be drawn into another conflict, Parliament must vote on it. No Prime Minister gets a free pass to put Britain and our security at risk without putting their name to it and facing scrutiny. That’s how democracy works.
