@HEYimHeroic Would you rather them just not do it at all and wait another 5 years or more for a new zelda?

like. at this point when i think of the Switch it's like 10% actual original games and 90% golden butter nostalgia remakes remaster port hd version deluxe of games from other systems. like, sure, this is cool. but i'm tired of it man

@OBE1plays 100%. botw was goat and when i first started totk, i remember thinking it was great and started kinda losing interest towards the end. I really wish they'd make a classic top down zelda similar to link between worlds but I dont see that ever happening now.

@Nintendo_Dragon @NintenDeenYT Maybe they fixed it since the demo but it had terrible frame drops in the first town, sub 30fps and exploration was an inconsistent 30 fps everywhere else. I guess after playing re9 its hard to be happy with a choppy sub 30 frame rate.

@infamousdc86 @NintenDeenYT I've been streaming the Switch 2 version on Twitch for the past week. I've seen no performance issues that I could see with my own eyes.

What losing the Switch 1 audience does to a franchise

Monster Hunter Stories 3 is off to a rough launch in Japan. Retail launch was less than half of the second game, it's the second worst launch for MH spin off. Digital should be higher, but I doubt it makes up for it. A drop from 2 was expected, but not to this point.

@Zephronic @Stealth40k Graphically its fine I dont have a problem with how the game looks, its just the difficulty level of these games makes them boring compared to something like Yoshis island snes or any of the 2d mario or dkc games

@infamousdc86 @Stealth40k Fuck off forever.
It looks like gorgeous and lighthearted fun, and my 32 year old ass is going to have a blast.
English

@tkbread_ @Stealth40k Yeah but honestly who is? Most kids wont play stuff like this. My kids and all the other kids I know play roblox or fortnite or Minecraft. Occasionally mine will pick up smash or mario kart, mario party and switch sports with their friends for muliplayer.

@infamousdc86 @Stealth40k I feel like Yoshi was always for younger kids I don’t see the problem we’re just not the audience lol

@BringBackBanjoK Strongly agree, they get more babyish each entry. I dont have any problem with family friendly or cutesie games but this is a little too much. This game seems targeted for ages 6 and under. My 9 and 10 year old have 0 interest in something like this.

I wish they hadn’t made the Yoshi series into baby’s first platformer. Visual style is nice but the gameplay is just too basic.
They make games like Mario and DK approachable as family games. I’m not sure why they removed any adult appeal to this series after the first game.

@Stealth40k It was my number one moment from a nintendo direct ever. The og is my favorite game of all time. Still wish they'd add a hard mode though

@REBiohazardNews I really could have done without the spider it was super cheesy in a bad way.

My review of Raccoon city, after a few playthroughs:
The gameplay itself is better than RE4. It’s so satisfying, the gunplay is tight, and the finishers are killer. Once you have it down, you feel absolutely unstoppable mowing down these enemies.
However, the location itself leaves some to be desired. For being essentially half of the entire game, Raccoon city visually becomes redundant. There’s not much variety in the set itself. I was hoping for some sort of shift, where maybe it turns to night, or just something to change up the color tone of the city, but it stays relatively the same until you reach ARK. Also, in comparison to something like RE4, the enemies are inferior. There’s some variety, but where you deal with all different sorts of enemies, filled with personality in RE4, you’re just dealing with zombies the entire time. It doesn’t feel as grand as RE4.
In conclusion, compared to RE4, better gameplay, but worse location/enemies. Overall, it’s still a great time.
