Please could Can someone explain to me exactly what Jean Grey did to heal Spiderman? I know she has unlocked an Omega level with her abilities but what exactly did she do here? Because it wasn’t just telepathy at this point.

@InfiniteGrunt Rip it apart and put it back together. Look, sometimes you just gotta do that. Because something CLEARLY is not sticking at Halo Studios. It has to be surgical, and quick because both XBOX and Halo Studios can't be doing what theyve been doing this entire gen.

Going back and forth, but feeling really mixed about the state of Halo and its future. I really need Xbox & Halo Studios to lock tf in and communicate with what to expect, similar to what BGS did with Fallout and TES.

I respect the hope and I wish I felt the same. Every day I become more and more mixed on what Halo Studios did with CER. The highs are pretty high, but the lows are depressingly low. Right now my honest thoughts is that Halo CER is a downgrade from the original in most ways, and if that’s the bar they’ve set for these remakes, I really have no interest in 2 or 3 getting the same treatment.

@InfiniteGrunt @lastchalice Why not both? Imagine if were able to return to the days when we’d get spin offs and the anniversaries alongside new halo games. Idk call me hopeful but I’d love to see the remakes help sell hype for the next chapter in halo again like how CEA set up the Didact

Halo 2: Campaign Evolved really would be a whole different beast. - Right away, it shouldn’t be campaign only - Halo 2 Anniversary nailed the art style - Blur cinematics can’t be topped - Much room for level design improvement Halo 2’s multiplayer is arguably more important than the campaign, as it revolutionized console online gaming. It also already felt considerably more modern than CE, so with the anniversary treatment it already looks and feels great to play. If they were going to go in and alter the campaign there are so many areas in so many missions that could be improved upon, it would be quite the task. It’s also fruitless to try to improve upon the already masterful Blur cutscenes. Having said all of that…DO IT!

Halo: Combat Evolved is a Marathon game, everything after that, including Campaign Evolved, is a Halo game.

Gears of War 1 is still the best Gears game. No, not the Ultimate Edition, the ORIGINAL Gears of Wars 1. So hyped for E-Day, man

Halo 3. (Hear me out) I fully believe Halo 3 to be the worst Halo game of all time. The weapons feel weak, and firing it feels as if it’s detached, more like you’re pressing a button that summons bullets in front of you instead of actually shooting a gun.

My honest review: it’s a good movie on its own, but a bad Spider-Man movie. I’m very disappointed with this film and with the MCU’s take on Spidey in general. Once again they didn’t give me the Spider-Man I wanted to see. Yes, we finally get better swinging and improved visuals, and Peter feels more like his comic-book counterpart - but they turned this into more of an X-Men setup than a Spider-Man movie. What I wanted: Harry, Gwen, Black Cat, maybe Kingpin. Actual Spider-Man villains as the main threat. Maybe even a proper mention of Uncle Ben. What I got: Jean Grey and an obscure X-Men villain who appeared in only a handful of issues as the main antagonists. It all feels like setup for another franchise. And they should’ve moved on from Ned and maybe even MJ, bringing them back makes it feel like the series can’t evolve. Overall, very disappointing.

There’s this moment in Spider-Man: Brand New Day where Spider-Man admits and apologizes for something he unwittingly did while a person was under mind-control. It’s really stuck with me. It’s the act of a good person. I hope every kid takes that with them. That’s my Peter Parker.

Finished CE Overall I did get some enjoyment out of it but the original is substantially better in basically every way Loads of glitches, huge performance issues, AI is a big downgrade, prefer old gun sounds, some of the level changes are nice, old art style vastly superior imo

@Dark_Tundra0309 I’m gonna be so real, I love BFG Division (and The Only Thing They Fear is You) but they’re like the Vanilla Ice Cream of DOOM music lol
