@SenJonHusted Senator: The whole test does not have to be in English just the road signs. Where is the data that shows someone who is fluent in another language caused an accident because they could not read a road sign. This is just another bill to discriminate against hard working Ohioans.

Unqualified truck drivers are endangering American lives.   I back the Secure Commercial Driver Licensing Act, which requires CDL testing to be in English.   Everyone driving a truck must be able to read our road signs—it’s common sense.
