Notice anything strange? The driveway is completely unusable for the garage because of these lines
I looked up the listing photos and included them at the end of the video. The listing photos online don’t show these lines, so it’s false advertising. And it’s intentionally false advertising because they have another photo that’s a drone shot that does show the lines…. (Included)

The rise of AI will massively increase the value on being able to generate new information that isn't yet available in digital form. Can you call people and ask questions? Can you observe things in a systematic way? Can you navigate a library archive? This will set you apart.

@mnolangray @markyzaguirre Houston manages to be an international city but also fiercely and openly Texan. Combine that with sprawl, and it means that Houston is ontologically evil for many people.

It's funny, Houston is this supernova of growth, the rare place in the US that is absorbing millions of domestic and international migrants and making them richer, but if you say anything nice about it, e.g. maybe non-zoning is fine, people have a meltdown.

"It's all sprawl!" It's certainly a lot, and hey, that's how cities always and everywhere boom. But it's also a lot of infill. It's a lot of everything, because Houston defaults to "let people do things," warts and all. This is what real, existing American abundance looks like.
