Let's have some Saturday fun...
A very successful huge agent wants to sign you, BUT you have to respond with your very last text.
What do you say to them?
GO!

Thanks for the tips, guys. I made sure to save what I had. I decided to take some time for researching/brainstorming /rethinking before I start the new draft
I am incredibly sad to share that I am querying once more, this time with my Puerto Rican NA cozy fantasy/speculative book. In the next post there is a bit about me and the books I've done so far.
If you're an agent who might be interested, I'm here! 🩷 #amquerying
#Agents and #writers, any advice on etiquette when querying a manuscript that has already been on sub? I've been up front about it at the end of my query letter, but I just got an agent response saying I should save that for the offer call. Thoughts on this?
@Ingrid81764614 You’re assuming I write in chapters!
My current WIP only got chapters when doing the second draft. (Wouldn’t be getting chapters at all, but I’m not Terry Pratchett, and not giving chapters I fear could limit the number of people who may want to read it.)
Do you usually write all the chapters without looking back or stop each, say, 5 chapters to edit those before? Struggling here

@Ingrid81764614 I don't edit while writing as I find it uses a different part of my brain and slows me down. But I am writing my WIP backwards which brings with it a whole different set of challenges.
@Ingrid81764614 I prefer to pump out the whole story while making notes along the way, then I'll go back chapter by chapter and start editing and revising.
@Ingrid81764614 I do go back and edit.... it seems as if the story changes regarding certain details and I don't want to go too far down the road without aligning details. Also, some chapters I find end up working better in different places. So yes.
