My new UX Research consultancy focuses on identifying product features that will sequester carbon by reducing energy consumption WHILE improving consumer experience. Curbcut effect in action: product loads faster, lower overall network load, and improved perceptual performance.

As the person who created it… shows the massive hole in our design philosophy: Optimizing for ease-of-use does not mean best for the user or humanity. UX is locally moral but globally amoral. It asks "how do I make this ergonomic" not "is it ergonomic to our values or society"

@jesseddy SUPER cooool! 👏 We are doing something similar for rapid testing, in that we have designers taking notes in Figma alongside designs while UXRs run sessions. A Figma component flags for ✅ ⛔️ or 🧠 insights. From there it's a quick jump into affinity diagramming and analysis.
