The martyred child Salma, only 5 years old: I used to see her every day selling small cakes. She was the youngest small business owner in the world, selling just five cakes a day. She worked so hard, yet she was deprived of a childhood like other children. She sold cakes, but she never sold her homeland — not at any price. I recorded this video during the harshest days of famine under the siege of northern Gaza. Yesterday, when I went to provide care for a wounded person near her family’s tent, I asked about her, eager to see her again. The moment her name was mentioned, her family began to cry in deep grief. They told me that only days earlier, she was killed when an explosive device hidden inside a toy detonated. She thought it was a toy and picked it up because she could not afford to buy one — her family was poor. She carried what she believed was a toy, but it exploded in her hands, and her small body was torn into five burned pieces. Instead of the five cakes she used to sell every day, her body was turned into five shattered fragments — the result of deadly remnants left behind, turning Gaza’s children into victims day after day. The martyred child Salma is only one story among thousands of stories of systematic killing and ethnic cleansing. Please share the story of the martyred child Salma with the world. Perhaps something will move, and this hatred and killing will stop. #Children_of_Gaza_are_being_killed before the eyes and ears of the whole world #Gaza_is_calling_for_help #Stop_the_killing Written by Dr. Mostafa Naim From northern Gaza

Who Are and How Prepared Are Iran’s Special Forces? Iran’s special forces today rank among the most organized, highly trained, and battle-hardened elite units in the world, especially when it comes to asymmetric warfare in urban, mountainous, and extremely hostile environments. They combine a solid, well-established doctrine with decades of real combat experience and a rapid equipment modernization drive, fueled mainly by strategic partnerships with China and Russia. Far from being improvised militias, these units are fully professional: rigorous training, clear command chains, and seamless integration of all types of drones, an area where they are arguably among the best in the world after years of perfecting this doctrine. The forces are divided primarily between the regular Army (Artesh) and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The IRGC handles external operations and unconventional warfare, while the Artesh focuses on territorial defense, maintaining top-tier elite units. Both work in close integration with Basij militias, creating a resilient structure that is extremely difficult to neutralize. During the Iran-Iraq War, Basij volunteers underwent intense specialized training for infiltration missions that even included the Hawizeh and Majnoon marshes, operations that required combat divers and swimmers. The success of those missions directly gave birth to the elite Fatehin units. Quds Force (IRGC) The Quds Force is Iran’s arm for foreign operations and asymmetric warfare, with around 5,000 elite operators. It specializes in training, equipping, and coordinating allied groups such as Hezbollah, the Houthis, and Shia militias in Iraq and Syria. It has direct combat experience in Libya, Yemen, and especially Syria. On April 6, 2026, Israel announced the elimination of Asghar Bagheri, commander of the Quds special operations unit, in Tehran. He was immediately replaced by another leader already designated in the chain of command, once again proving that Mossad-style targeted assassinations have had zero practical effect on degrading Iranian units’ capabilities. Saberin Unit (IRGC) The most capable ground commando unit in the IRGC, with 3,000 to 5,000 soldiers. Created in 2000 to fight insurgencies in the mountains along the Iraq and Turkey borders, its members undergo intense courses in climbing, high-altitude survival, and combat in difficult terrain. They have real-world experience against the PJAK in northwestern Iran and in operations in Syria. The unit is also highly experienced in joint training with Russian and Chinese special forces. Fatehin - The Elite of the Basij Selected volunteers who receive full commando-level training. With an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 fighters, they specialize in urban warfare, sieges, parachuting, rappelling, and expeditionary operations. Today they are the most effective “armed ideological arm” for Iran’s land power projection. 65th NOHED Brigade (Artesh) The elite of the regular Army, with around 3,000 to 4,000 paratroopers. Specialists in parachute jumps, hostage rescue, sabotage, and silent infiltration, they are known as “ghosts” in the environments where they operate. Their training includes mountain warfare, snow-covered peaks, and ravines, making them extremely versatile. Full article: open.substack.com/pub/global21/p…

🇨🇳 China just flew the world’s largest cargo drone. The Changying-8. Maiden flight on March 31st in Zhengzhou. 25-metre wingspan. 3.5-tonne payload, 10,000-metre ceiling, 3,000km range. Zero pilot and built by Norinco — a defence contractor. Loads and unloads in 15 minutes. Takes off from a 280-metre dirt strip. Designed for high-altitude plateaus…and island regions. CCTV listed its purpose without blinking: logistics supply, emergency communications, electronic reconnaissance. This is no Amazon delivery drone. It’s a pilotless dual purpose military/civilian logistics platform dressed in civilian clothes and Beijing just told you exactly where it’s going. Five years ago Chinese cargo drones carried under 1 tonne. The Changying-8 carries 3.5. 5x fold leap. And it’s not even the largest in development — the W5000 class, 10 tonnes, is already in prototype. The War Zone’s Tyler Rogoway watched the footage and said what the Pentagon won’t: “The U.S. is falling way behind in uncrewed aerial logistics.” While amateurs talk tactics. Professionals study logistics. China just passed the logistics exam, and America needs to extracte itself from Israel's suicidal forever wars and focus on building for the future.
