Dude is admitting he hasn't played a racing game in 20 years. There have been strict (legally binding) rules regarding car damage in racing games since around 2006 due to car manufacturers not wanting to see their cars destroyed in a game. Games are allowed to simulate mechanical damage because it implies high-performance limits, but any structural damage is limited to cosmetic effects that have to be easily reset.

@Heikki360 @Gustingorriz Me encantaria saber cuanta gente de verdad querria un modo de juego "hardcore" en un Forza, yo sinceramente creo que con lo populares que son ultimamente los challenge runs y todo ese rollo creo que ahi hay mas mercado del que piensan. Ojala algun dia

Porque si ofrecen "oficialmente" ese modo de juego, de repente todos los DLCs y ediciones deluxe tendrían menos atractivo y habría menos motivos para comprarlas. Que sí, somos muy pocos los que no queremos miles de coches regalados, pero ya es una razón menos para que alguien no pague ese extra.

Tras una charla que tuve ayer con el bueno de @Gustingorriz, hace 3 horas he arrancado Forza Horizon 6 con una idea distinta: me he deshecho de todos los coches menos uno (Toyota AE86) y me he quedado con 0 créditos. La idea era completar una pulsera entera solo con lo que consiga exclusivamente a través de ese coche con las pruebas del festival. Sin usar o canjear regalos, premios de coches o créditos en rutas o tareas secundarias. La experiencia es 45.804 veces más gratificante. Habrá vídeo.

@JaroslavHonzik Normally licensing cars goes to the manufacturers and the logos and brands are owned by the group (Super GT in this case). They likely used the name Gt500 thinking that because its an old brand there wouldnt be a problem but they were wrong. My assumption

@JaroslavHonzik The worst part is the energy management for sure, but I kinda like how oversteery they look. It actually looks like drivers have to manage the throttle on corner exits instead of just flooring it, and judging by Leclerc snaps they are a handful

I think these new cars are so sh*t.. If you analyse Lawson onboard and look properly his car had some issue while braking and it hit anti-stall where car just keeps going even on full brake🤦‍♂️ Luckily Gasly is ok but these new cars.... I really dont love them

@hackSultan To be fair they didnt even ban it, Bernie was the owner of Brahbam at the time and he was lobbying to get into the F1 presidency, he feared the other teams were gonna give him hell for it so he himself removed the car from the championship, its a really cool story
