9,500 new nursing posts in ~5 years (⬆️25%)👏. Meanwhile @PeopleofHSE management/admin numbers ⬆️6500 (⬆️34%). BUT management & admin generally don’t support nurses in their duties (e.g. don’t book patients to nurse led clinics or handle their dictations). A scandal brewing🤔??
