To anyone affected by our website being down - please know we are working as hard as we can to get in back up and running and can only apologise for the inconvenience that @123reg are causing.

And before @123reg or @123regHelp reply with 'contact customer service'; we have. Several times. We also have raised a ticket. We also commented with other people facing the same issue on Facebook - but you've deleted the comments? This is having huge impacts on our business.

This was after they 'accidentally' billed us nearly £800 at the start of December. We now have no website and families/customers quite rightly asking what is going on. Keep getting told that 'Developers are working on it'.

We don't normally like to do this! But what is going on @123reg and @123regHelp? Received an email on 30th December saying 'we'd cancelled our service'; and our website was instantly cancelled - and the domain made available to the public. We didn't request any of this.

Pinching ourselves a little - and not because it's the first of the month either! Because school bookings for July are almost sold out completely (just three days left)!!

And as a thank you - we gave these young people 2 hours of time with our instructors to do whatever bushcraft they wanted... This young man helped us to chop wood - so much in fact we filled two wood stores!!
