@ZssBecker No more muay thai training? Full focus on BJJ?

A little over a year ago I had absolutely zero combat experience. After 1.1 years of 5 to 9 1.5ish hour sessions a week, 430+ mat hours + 150 self study. a busted rib, shoulder and elbow I am extremely proud to say I have earned my blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. A totally humbling and character altering experience. Essentially just an entire year of being the nail. Extremely grateful I got incredible professors & gym on my first try. Owe Alex Martins & my other professor a metric ton. Hundreds of hours of patience n teaching me at this point. I still feel like my Jiu Jitsu is shat, but its remarkable how far I've come and changed in a year. Set a goal. Do the goal. Another 10 years and 1000s of more hours to go till black belt. Just the start.
