@LuftkoppTim There were a couple of Android phones with sensor shift stabilisation, like some random TECNO midrange from 2023 but it hasn't caught on yet 😢

This is one of the main reasons why Apple switched from a more traditional OIS system to IBIS with sensor shift on the main sensor and later the telephoto. That way they don't have to stabilize the heavy lenses (that make these noises) but only the much lighter sensor itself. Better stabilization and it doesn't make these awfully cheap noises. Only downside is that it takes up way more space in x and y
