Trump and his cronies look at China's rise to dominance as a simple choice: either fight it, or try to profit from it personally. They've chosen the latter, while pretending they're about the former. That's what you need to know.

Ground beef bowls are so popular because they are easy & effective They can, however, get boring fast Here are 5 easy ways to add a ton of flavor to your standard ground beef bowl: 1. Jalapeno sauce -1/2 greek yogurt -1 jalapeño -Juice of 1 lime -Cilantro -Salt Simply add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth This goes best with taco seasoning and fajita veggies! 2. Bone marrow butter This is incredibly nutritious addition to any ground beef bowl Let some butter sit out at room temp Roast bone marrow at 450 for 10-12 minutes Chop herbs of your choice (I like rosemary, thyme and garlic here) Stir it all together with a pinch of salt When the ground meat is cooked, stir a big knob of your marrow butter in! 3. Stir fry sauce Cook your ground meat, then stir this sauce in at the end Cook for another couple minutes until it thickens Add some green onions and sesame seeds to garnish 4. Mediterranean Bowls This doesn’t require any extra cooking or prepping, but takes the flavor up a notch Assemble your bowls with: -Feta -Pickled red onions -Harissa -Hummus -Olives -Tzaziki 5. Burger sauce This one is perfect for ground beef with potatoes Mix: 1/2 cup avocado mayo 3 tablespoons ketchup 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar .5-1 tsp sugar 2 tablespoons relish Adjust the vinegar & sugar to your preference. Assemble your bowls with the potatoes on the bottom, then the ground meat, then top with lettuce, onion, pickles, tomatoes, avocado, sauerkraut or anything else you want.

My understanding of the US war on Iran: 1. Strait closed - global energy costs up 40 percent +|-. 2. US bases in GCC damaged or severely damaged. 3. US munitions depleted. 4. Profits from new defense contracts directed to Presidents family. 5. US relations with Europe lowest since before WWII. 6. Nuclear material intact in Iran. 7. Israel alienated globally. 8. Adherence to US Constitution increasingly degraded - no war authorization from Congress. Am I missing something? What is the benefit to USA of all this?

Quick point. We have had 4 baby boomer presidents. 5 if you count Biden, who is right on the edge. We’ve had ZERO Gen X. We went from almost no debt, to almost 40 trillion. That generation has left us with a debt we can never repay. The GOP boomers were so angry at “immigrants” and brainwashed by @foxnews they elected the worst president again (GOP primary and general) instead of relinquishing power to Gen X. It’s time we pass the torch.

One of my all time favorite meal preps: Steak fajitas with cilantro lime rice and jalapeno yogurt sauce 50g of protein per bowl Rice: Rinse your rice well, then cook according to package instructions with 2 bay leaves. When it's done, mix in cilantro, lime juice, salt and a drop of avocado oil. You can add as much or as little as you'd like. Steak: I like using sirloin tips here because they are already sliced. You can use any cut of steak you like, though. If you use 2 lb, you will have 4 8oz portions. Add to a bowl with some avocado oil and a packet of taco seasoning. Let that marinate for a few minutes, then slice 3 bell peppers and 1 red onion. Heat a large of skillet over medium high heat with avocado oil. When hot, add your steak and cook for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired temp. Remove the steak, add another splash of oil, then add your peppers and onions with a pinch of salt. Cook until desired texture. Jalapeno Sauce: -1/2 cup greek yogurt -1 jalapeño -Juice of 1 lime -Cilantro -Salt Blend until smooth. Assemble your bowls and enjoy!
