So there's this series called Rance and it has the "Hero System", Rance is not the Hero. The Hero is somewhere else running around for 90% of the story, and when he finally starts getting involved things get weird fast.

I genuinely can't think of a game that's done anything more interesting with 'the hero of prophecy' trope than Morrowind, where it's 100% unclear if you're the Chosen One or just an imposter, given many people only support your claim out of aligned interests or personal loyalty.

Red Dead 2 is a very funny game. Your character has realistic facial hair and you have to accurately skin animals, but trying to hide behind a barn during a gunfight will result in an “out of bounds” game over.

To an extent I get animation limitations but I don't see any way to watch this scene and think it's portrayed well that these robots were uniquely tough counters to a Viltrumite

@LigthVader @v_gribko @ConflictHurts @bill64burner That's my point. Speed just drops in and out of combat as a factor. Sometimes a Viltrumite is shown using speed as one of their biggest advantages which it is. Then whenever one of them needs to job they just forget they have it.
