According to the @wef, impact depends on how data is interpreted, shared, and acted on across stakeholders, rather than how much of it exists. When insights stay siloed, even the best data fails to drive prevention of accountability. That’s why forced labor, along with many other supply chain risks, persist despite growing transparency efforts. @interos_ai turns disconnected data into shared intelligence, helping organizations move from static reporting to coordinated action across their supply networks. Download the World Economic Forum report to see how connected intelligence is reshaping forced labor prevention: weforum.org/publications/h… #WEF #SupplyChain #ForcedLabor

Aluminum is at a 4-year high. Fertilizer prices spiking during planting season. Over 50% of the world's boron exports are at risk. The war in Iran is not just an energy story. 30% of S&P 500 companies have a direct supplier in the Middle East. Nearly all have Tier 2 and Tier 3 dependencies there. And the products at risk go far beyond oil and gas. Dr. Andrea Little Limbago breaks down the full supply chain implications, including product dependencies, country exposures, AI infrastructure risk, and what companies need to watch right now. The newest line item in your tech budget? Geopolitics. As our CEO @KrantzTed shares with @InformationWeek, regulators are coming for CIOs, inquiring about security compliance, ties to adversarial nations, and more. In short, tech purchasing is an increasingly precarious task. Read more below to see how Ted breaks down what these changes mean for tech leaders navigating a tricky restriction landscape: informationweek.com/it-infrastruct… #Technology #AI #Geopolitics #RiskManagement

Our data featured in @Inc today shows how the Middle East conflict is already disrupting critical industries and trade flows, with ripple effects far beyond the region. Notably, 30% of the S&P 500 have Tier 1 suppliers in the Middle East, creating significant exposure and real business implications for U.S. companies. Geopolitical friction is becoming a day-to-day variable for global supply chains: fast-moving, hard to predict, and costly when ignored. Business leaders can’t afford to treat geopolitical tensions as anomalies in their supply chain planning. Today, they're part of the reality of global operations. Our Chief Executive Officer @KrantzTed explains how to build supply chains for the future in today’s connected economy: by treating geopolitics as core infrastructure for their operations. Last chance to register for the Supply Chain Executive Forum: What Leaders Must Do Differently Now. Risk management has changed. From cybersecurity exposure to technology dependencies, disruptions aren't where you're looking. They come on quick and hit hard. During this forum, we'll be joined by Renee Wynn, former Chief Information Officer at NASA, who has spent over three decades working at the intersection of technology, risk, and complex global systems. This executive-level conversation will explore the catastrophic impact even small disruptions can have. Learn how supply chain and procurement leaders are moving toward real-time risk intelligence. You'll leave this discussion with a new look on managing risk in increasingly complex and fast-moving supplier networks. If you lead supply chain, risk, procurement, finance, or operations, you need to be in this room. Register now: …lychainexecutiveforum1.splashthat.com #SupplyChain #RiskIntel

The AI boom is colliding with a mineral supply chain already stretched thin. The most damaging disruptions will not announce themselves in the headlines. Today’s diamond pattern risks begin as smoke signals and compound quickly across tiers. When China introduced export curbs on rare earth minerals, the impact did not surface overnight. Semiconductor and material costs gradually increased as pricing pressure moved through multiple layers of the supply chain, from first-tier suppliers deep into sub-tier networks. From gallium and germanium to graphite and rare earths, the minerals powering advanced technologies are concentrated in fragile and geopolitically tense regions. AI does not scale without minerals. Those minerals are concentrated, contested, and increasingly weaponized. In this new era of uncertainty, traditional resilience tactics are no longer enough. Without real-time visibility across ERP data, market signals, and multi-tier supplier intelligence, organizations will struggle to react before risk compounds. Download our latest report to understand how mineral scarcity will shape the AI race: interos.ai/six-supply-cha… #SupplyChain #AI #RareEarths #RiskIntel

Most supply chain disruptions don’t start where leaders are looking. They begin several tiers deep - in technology dependencies, cybersecurity exposure, or overlooked operational risks. Renee Wynn, former Chief Information Officer at NASA, has spent more than three decades working at the intersection of technology, risk, and complex global systems. She’s seen how invisible vulnerabilities can quietly build inside supply chains until a disruption forces leaders to react in real time. At the Supply Chain Executive Forum on March 12, Renee will share how leaders can start identifying these blind spots before they turn into major operational, reputational and financial impacts. Because resilience doesn’t start when disruption happens — it starts with visibility. Disruption no longer takes weeks to surface. It happens in hours. Yet most organizations still rely on periodic reviews and visibility that stops at tier one. The gap between perceived control and real exposure is widening. When that gap gets exposed, the bill is steep. Tens of millions in recovery costs, emergency sourcing, and lost revenue — before you've even stabilized operations. Better visibility isn't just good practice. It's a financial imperative. Join interos.ai’s Supply Chain Executive Forum: What Leaders Must Do Differently Now for an executive discussion on managing continuous risk, strengthening oversight beyond a single tier, and improving speed of insight before disruption reaches operations. U.S. trade policy continues to drive market and supply chain volatility, with open questions around tariff levels, timing, and long-term direction. That uncertainty creates pressure inside the supply chain. When policy shifts, exposure shifts. The challenge is knowing where it sits across suppliers, geographies, and sub-tiers before costs hit the bottom line. With 𝘪tariffs from interos.ai, organizations can quickly pinpoint tariff exposure across their ecosystem, backed by i-Score™ and risk context to support faster decisions. In a volatile trade environment, clarity is a competitive advantage. Speak to a supply chain expert to learn how interos.ai delivers the intelligence you need to identify risk exposure, prioritize risk, and act with confidence: interos.ai/request-contac… #Tariffs #SupplyChain

In the past few days, kinetic and regulatory wars have been launched, with significant implications for the future of warfare and global supply chains. As conflict expands in Iran and a U.S. AI company is declared a supply chain risk, organizations face simultaneous shocks to energy markets, technology partnerships, and global supplier networks. In our latest blog, Dr. Andrea Little Limbago, SVP of Applied AI at interos.ai, explores the impact of these recent events and what leaders should be watching for next. Following the Supreme Court’s ruling on Friday against the IEEPA tariffs, President Trump quickly announced new, 10% global tariffs. Over the weekend, he said these would increase to 15%. Today, these tariffs came into effect at 10% according to government documentation, initiating a 150-day window for the tariffs to persist without Congressional approval. U.S. trade policy remains a continued source of market and supply chain uncertainty, with a lack of clarity on tariff refunds, whether the global rate will increase to 15% or more, and what this does to existing trade agreements. Yesterday’s stock market drops reflect this growing market uncertainty sparked by tariff fluctuations and AI disruptions. Read our full analysis of the Court’s decision and broader implications here: interos.ai/blog/decision-…

Major systems disruptions are now part of the norm in today’s digital economy. From cloud failures to ransomware attacks and even simple human errors, doing business in a digital world requires modern response strategies to protect brand reputations. Our Chief Product & Technology Officer Yardley Pohl (@yipstas) explains the role of AI in helping detect and fix issues before customers even know they’re there. By investing in internal productivity instead of just customer-facing fixes, we’re able to catch mistakes early and mitigate disruption before it happens. Read Yardley’s thoughts alongside other tech leaders in @Forbes here: forbes.com/councils/forbe…
