@Harryputtar98 And they continue doing Nepo interviews. Not only that, last yr during the Weissenhaus and Paris events when Rensch was constantly belittling Gukesh (this was when he was rated around 2780 and top 3), they continued interviewing and giving him a platform to spout his nonsense.

@DeveshsK_ I stopped following them when they didn't have gall to call out accusations by Russian players like nepo and podcasters on nearly all top Indian players...( Refer nepo interview on CBI after Olympiad when nepo played in some azeri/Armenian tournament)

@DeveshsK_ @ChessbaseIndia CBI almost always upload Gukesh losses because it brings them lots of views and engagement. I am curious to know whether UZChess upload any recap videos of Sindarov/Abdusattorov losses.

@ChessbaseIndia @GMJSindarov Gukesh will face Sindarov towards the end of the year and is under pressure, his form is mixed and anything can happen, he may or may not need our support but constantly glazing his opponent to the point of absurdity, you might as well change the name to ChessBase Uzbekistan. 😬

@BroccoliChess Google says according to official published FIDE rating records he was the 3rd youngest to cross 2700 (age 16) but according to unofficial live ratings he was the 4th youngest after Magnus.

@Gyan49485 I wonder if CBI's salary is so low that high quality talent don't bother applying. Unfortunately, the good interviewers like Shahid and Aditya have also left.

@gutsy_gambit Another one-Magnus Carlsen vs. Vasily Ivanchuk (2015): Even the "GOAT" isn't immune. In the World Blitz Championship, Carlsen blundered a mate-in-one with ...Qg1#. He later admitted this move "hit him out of nowhere," a rare occurrence for a player who usually sees everything.

IM Saravanan asked Gukesh what's happening last year. Gukesh affirms that when he's in any key moment, he can't help but take the leap into a risky territory. But imo, it's more than just that inclination. The brainfarts we saw in Wijk don't come from this.

@gutsy_gambit Out of curiosity, I googled this to see if those kind of brainfarts have happened to other top players and ai says yes, it has happened at Tata 2026 itself. Fedoseev's 14th move blunder against Hans, Anish's 22nd bishop blunder against Vincent. Both led to immediate resignations

Gukesh (age 15) posted about reaching a 2640 FIDE rating in 2021. Arjun and Hans left encouraging & wholesome comments! #chess
