Worth reading if you are a young man. 18-35 year old men are in trouble. Half of my friends are fully addicted to sports betting, prediction markets, 0dtes. I see people with young kids becoming fully absorbed to gambling. But they can't admit it because they're "not losing that much". As a man, we want to provide, produce, and build a future for our family. But sometimes judgement gets clouded when things aren't working or we're struggling...so we look for "quick" wins. The dopamine of feeling like we're worth something. Or to keep up on social media. Or to feel useful to the world. It's a man's kryptonite. You have to protect every dollar with your life. That $100 of "fun money" is your future daughter's birthday present. Because eventually, when you're trying to "make it all back", that $100 turns into -$10,000...fast. Next thing you know, your son's college tuition is sitting on kalshi's balance sheet. Men. I am asking you to stop the degenerate gambling. Compounding is a wonder you can't even comprehend, but you won't experience it if you keep resetting at zero. Brick by brick, men. DMs are always open.

Your bones are silently breaking down every day after 30 and most people have no idea it's happening until it's too late. Your skeleton is living tissue, and it's constantly being broken down and rebuilt through a process called bone remodeling. Special cells called osteoclasts tear down old bone while osteoblasts lay down new material in its place. But osteoblasts need a reason to build and that reason is mechanical stress. When you load your skeleton against activities like lifting, running, and jumping your bones respond by increasing density to handle it. This is called Wolff's Law. Bone adapts to the loads placed upon it. Remove the loads and it regresses. When the bone starts to look like a honeycomb, like what you see in the image, that is what osteoporosis looks like. It is not just an old person’s disease. It starts silently in your 30s if you are sedentary, and it accelerates through your 40s. By your 50s and 60s, it becomes a major risk factor for fractures. Most people don't realize you're either building your bones or breaking them down. The best way to keep them is to stay active.

The math that changed my tax situation: • $600K household income • 37% tax bracket • Annual tax bill: ~$180K to IRS • Buy a $950K Airbnb with 10% down ($95K) • Cost segregation study: $280K bonus depreciation • Add post-close expenses: +$70K offset • Total offset: $350K • Tax savings at 37%: ~$130K But here's where it gets better: • Property cash flows $3-5K/month • You own an appreciating asset • Equity builds every month • In 3-5 years, refi and pull $150-200K tax-free • Use that to fund your next deal So now you're: • Saving $100K+ on taxes every year • Building a real estate portfolio • Creating passive income streams • Accelerating retirement by 10-15 years No stock picking. No crypto gambling. No hoping for a promotion. Just math. This is the game.

The man who turned 225 million dollars into 5.5 billion dollars just laid out on camera exactly when he believes the world changes permanently with specific dates. Leopold Aschenbrenner's argument follows a single trend line that has held for over a decade without breaking. Right now in 2025 and 2026, the models being built are already smarter than most college graduates across the board. By 2027 and 2028, AI hits expert level as capable as the best professionals in any field operating not as a chatbot but as what he calls a drop-in remote worker. You assign it a project, It goes off, writes drafts, runs tests, iterates, and comes back with finished work fully autonomously, for hours at a time. The key unlock he describes is what he calls unhobbling, today's models are already more capable than most people realize, but artificially constrained by how they are deployed. Once agents can use computers freely and run long-horizon tasks without human checkpoints, the economic value unlocks almost overnight. His best guess for true AGI is the 10 gigawatt cluster range, a single data center drawing more electricity than most US states produce in total. By 2030, the trillion-dollar training cluster consumes over 20 percent of all US electricity production for a single training run. This is the direct line between that prediction and his 875 million dollar Bloom Energy position. He did not buy a power company because he liked the chart but rather bought a power company because he ran the math on what AGI physically requires to exist, and concluded that electricity is the asset class of the decade. The position is already worth close to 2 billion dollars, and his own timeline says the demand that drove it is just getting started.
Milk Road AI@MilkRoadAI

The man who turned 225 million dollars into 5.5 billion dollars explained on camera exactly why he made his biggest bet. This is Leopold Aschenbrenner, the same person whose Bloom Energy position is now worth close to 2 billion dollars after Oracle's 2.8 gigawatt fuel cell deal laying out the power math that drove every investment decision his fund has made. In 2022, the GPT-4 training cluster consumed roughly 10 megawatts of power and cost about 500 million dollars. AI compute has been scaling at roughly half an order of magnitude per year meaning the largest training cluster doubles in power requirement every 12 to 18 months without stopping. By 2024, the largest cluster was approximately 100 megawatts, the equivalent of 100,000 high-end GPUs and costs in the billions. By 2026, right now, the leading training cluster requires a full gigawatt of continuous power and that is the output of a large nuclear reactor. By 2028, the projection reaches 10 gigawatts, more electricity than most US states generate in total. By 2030, the trillion-dollar cluster, 100 gigawatts, over 20 percent of everything the United States currently produces in electricity, consumed by a single AI training installation. And that is just the training cluster. Inference, the continuous compute required to actually run AI products for hundreds of millions of users requires multiples of that on top. Meanwhile, total US electricity production has barely grown five percent over the last decade and the grid was not built for this. And the transformer shortage, the switchgear backorders, and the canceled data center projects that are making headlines right now are the first visible symptoms of a power system hitting a wall that Aschenbrenner saw coming years before the rest of the market. This is exactly why he built a 875 million dollar position in Bloom Energy, a company that generates electricity directly at the data center site using fuel cells, completely bypassing the grid bottleneck that is already stopping half of all planned US data centers from opening on schedule. The thesis was never complicated. The bottleneck in AI is not the models, not the chips, and not the software. The bottleneck is whether civilization can generate enough electricity to run the machines fast enough to matter.

how to unrot your brain: - don't use your phone for 2 hours every AM and 2 hours before bed - read 20 pages a day (like 10,000 steps for your brain) - leave home without your phone - delete social media from your phone and only use it on your computer - walk 10,000 steps with no phone - ground barefoot - meditate for 10 mins a day (silence grows new brain cells) - get sunlight - digital fast one day a week - humming for your vagus nerve - play and have a silly goose time

The scariest finding in this paper: the subjects couldn't tell it was happening. UPenn ran this study on 48 healthy adults. One group slept 8 hours. Another slept 6. Another slept 4. For 14 straight days. They tested cognitive performance every 2 hours from 7:30am to 11:30pm. The 6-hour group's reaction times, working memory, and sustained attention deteriorated on a near-linear curve. By day 14 they were performing at the same level as someone who hadn't slept at all in 48 hours. The 4-hour group hit that threshold by day 6. Here's the part that should unsettle everyone who thinks they "do fine" on 6 hours: the subjects' self-reported sleepiness flatlined after the first few days. Their brains kept getting worse. Their perception of how impaired they were stopped updating. The cognitive decline was invisible to the person experiencing it. The researchers found a hard threshold. Any wakefulness beyond 15.84 hours in a day produces cumulative neurobiological cost. That cost compounds every single day you exceed it and does not reset with a weekend of sleeping in. About 35% of American adults sleep less than 7 hours a night. 40% of those get 6 hours or less. In 1942 that number was 11%. We built an entire professional culture around a sleep schedule that this paper says is functionally equivalent to pulling consecutive all-nighters. "I'm fine on 6 hours" is the most common response to sleep research. The first thing chronic sleep debt destroys is your ability to notice chronic sleep debt.
Nicholas Fabiano, MD@NTFabiano

Sleeping <6h a night for 2 weeks reduces cognitive performance equal to 2 nights of total sleep deprivation.

This isn’t just a $META issue. It’s increasingly an issue for all of Tech. Because even within Tech, there is an emerging divide between AI-superpowered engineer/PM/sales folks and everyone else. And we know how that will end: Smaller orgs, bigger payoffs but then the riches distributed across even fewer players that it is today. And everyone sees it coming. Hence the rot from the outside and, now, the inside. To my peers and to the super entrepreneurs who are far more successful than me: This is why elites in tech that “have made it” are increasingly the ones that EVERYONE hates. We’ve not distinguished the difference between luck and skill that got us here. We don’t act as stewards in the broadest sense of the term. We aren’t bringing society along like other generations of super successful business people have. We don’t pay it forward in any meaningful way - although we have clever ways to make it look like we do. Mostly, people see us hording all the gains. Modern technology companies have essentially created a new form of indentured servitude for the educated masses where SBC was used to pay you an incredible living wage so you don’t go work “for the other guy”. But what does it mean to make $500k/yr if you still leak 55% to taxes then your landlord takes the next 25% for rent?? You still can’t buy a house in SV. These folks are on an eternal hamster wheel. It turns out it’s not much different than being in middle America making $55k.

You need to inject yourself into iterative feedback loops fueled by AI. This is how you growth faster than others. This is why I am now doing a livestream every day the market is open at 8:30am MST Very few people will lock in enough to put themselves into the feedback loop that produces clarity We are in a special moment of time with the credit cycle and ai. I laid all of this out in the thread below

Let's not underestimate what India just did. National Quantum Mission is quietly becoming our next ISRO moment. - Only China has done this at larger scale. India is now third in the world. - The way it works: encryption keys are protected by quantum physics, not just math. If someone intercepts the key, both sides know immediately. You physically cannot eavesdrop without getting caught. - This is a real deployed backbone for defense, banking, and government communications. Works underwater and underground too. * IMPORTANT: zero dependency on US or Chinese quantum tech. Fully indigenous.

National Quantum Mission achieves 1,000-km secure communication milestone India has successfully demonstrated a 1,000-km secure quantum communication network, which is one of the longest in the world. This achievement comes less than two years after the mission's launch in October 2024, far outpacing the original timeline to reach 2,000 km in eight years......
